HarnessWorks Is in Beta Testing
As the last step before the general HarnessWorks rollout, we created a Delta Sigma Company (DSC) beta test program and are looking for qualified candidates to participate in the last development stage. Partner company personnel should submit candidate pilot projects to the DSC team for review. We’ll evaluate the projects and select several that provide a variety of installation cases. The partners we select will purchase the appropriate HarnessWorks packages for their pilot projects, we’ll provide — at no cost — up to 100 engineering support hours to aid in integrating the pilot systems with partners’ existing infrastructures, and we’ll provide an additional year of warranty support for the pilot systems.

Our new wire harness assembly tool combines software and projection hardware to deliver clear and specific optically projected work instructions designed to increase productivity, increase accuracy, and reduce labor hours.
HarnessWorks includes a file importer that syncs with your operator software through a simple calibration process and displays steps using CAD data, colors, line widths, sizes, part numbers, as well as notes and annotations. Built to flex to your needs, it can run on a single board or with multiple boards and operators.

DSC President Craig Cappai says, “We believe HarnessWorks is ready to go to work in a production environment, but, as with any new product launch, there may be bumps in the road on the first systems. We’re looking for partners willing to work with us to smooth out those bumps and save some money doing it. Ideal candidates are company leaders who intend to buy HarnessWorks systems but want to start early and evaluate the system, calculate the ROI, and perhaps provide feedback into product improvement. Once the pilot program has been successfully completed, we will release the system for general sale.”
